Patient Grievance & Complaint Handling Guide

KMI operates a grievance settlement process to protect the rights of foreign patients. If you experience any inconvenience or dissatisfaction during your health check-up, please contact us as below:

• Telephone: +82-1551-7070 (dial 1 for English)
• E-mail: kmiglobal@kmi.or.kr
• You may also speak directly to the IHC center staff during your visit.
• Available Hours
Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (KST)
• Procedure
1. Receiving: Grievance is received via phone or e-mail
2. Checking: Reviewed by the department in charge
3. Settlement: Corrective or improvement action is taken
4. Reply: Result is informed to the patient via phone or e-mail
